6. Customer Responsibilities

You will pick up your vehicle within the instructed time after service completion.
You will not leave valuables inside the vehicle.

We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside vehicles.

7. Insurance Claims & Cashless Facility

Insurance claim processing depends on the respective insurance company’s policies.
Cashless approvals are subject to insurer approval, not Shifting Gears.
Documents required for claims must be provided promptly by the customer.

We may work with third-party vendors, workshops, towing services, or insurance partners.
We are not liable for delays, errors, or damages caused by third-party providers.
